About the Recipe

Sukiyaki is a classic Japanese hot pot dish that combines thinly sliced beef, vegetables, and tofu simmered in a sweet and savory broth. Hinode Sukiyaki Sauce has a mild and mellow sweetness as it contains mirin.

Ingredients

  • Sliced beef or meat ..... as preferred

  • Tofu 1 pack

  • Enoki mushrooms (roots removed), shiitake mushrooms, cabbage

  • Green onion (negi), sliced   

  • Eggs ..... 2 pcs 

  • Hinode Sukiyaki Sauce ..... as preferred


Preparation

Step 1

Prepare and cut vegetables and tofu.


Step 2

Place vegetables, tofu and sliced beef in the pan.


Step 3

Pour Hinode Sukiyaki Sauce and simmer until the ingredients are thoroughly cooked. Enjoy!
