About the Recipe

Hinode Ryorishu helps to remove unpleasant smells and make chicken tender!

Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken thighs ... 200g

  • Minced garlic ... 5g

  • Minced ginger... 5g

  • Soy sauce ... 15ml

  • Hinode Ryorishu ... 15ml

  • Potato flour or starch ... 50g

  • Oil for deep fry

Preparation

Step 1


Prepare and cut chicken meat into pieces and thoroughly combine it with Hinode Ryorishu, salt, minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, and salt.



Step 2


Set aside to marinate for about 30 minutes.



Step 3


Remove the marinated chicken from the marinade and thoroughly pat it dry using kitchen paper.



Step 4


Coat with potato flour, removing any surplus, then deep-fry in hot oil at 170 degrees in small batches for 5 to 7 minutes until golden and crispy.



Step 5

Set on kitchen paper to absorb excess oil and serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
