Hinode Ryorishu helps to remove unpleasant smells and make chicken tender!

Ingredients
Boneless chicken thighs ... 200g
Minced garlic ... 5g
Minced ginger... 5g
Soy sauce ... 15ml
Hinode Ryorishu ... 15ml
Potato flour or starch ... 50g
Oil for deep fry
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare and cut chicken meat into pieces and thoroughly combine it with Hinode Ryorishu, salt, minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, and salt.
Step 2
Set aside to marinate for about 30 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the marinated chicken from the marinade and thoroughly pat it dry using kitchen paper.
Step 4
Coat with potato flour, removing any surplus, then deep-fry in hot oil at 170 degrees in small batches for 5 to 7 minutes until golden and crispy.
Step 5
Set on kitchen paper to absorb excess oil and serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
