About the Recipe

Incorporate Hinode Meat Master to create more tender and flavorful dishes you'll love.

Ingredients

  • 500-600 g pork sliced

  • 2 tsp Hinode Meat Master

  • 1.5-2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 cloves garlic minced

  • 2 tbsp Hinode Hon mirin

  • 1.5 tbsp sesame oil

  • 2 tbsp gochujang

  • 1-2 tsp gochugaru (Korean Hot Pepper Powder)

  • ½ small onion

  • 1 green onion finely chopped (optional)

  • ½ tsp white sesame seeds toasted (optional)






Preparation

  • Prepare sliced pork and soak it in Hinode Meat Master.

  • In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients. Add the soaked pork and marinate for 15 minutes.

  • Heat a pan over medium heat. Grill or stir-fry the marinated pork with onion until it is cooked well.

  • Sprinkle with chopped green onion and white sesame seeds for garnish.
