Incorporate Hinode Meat Master to create more tender and flavorful dishes you'll love.

Ingredients
500-600 g pork sliced
2 tsp Hinode Meat Master
1.5-2 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tbsp Hinode Hon mirin
1.5 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp gochujang
1-2 tsp gochugaru (Korean Hot Pepper Powder)
½ small onion
1 green onion finely chopped (optional)
½ tsp white sesame seeds toasted (optional)


Preparation
Prepare sliced pork and soak it in Hinode Meat Master.
In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients. Add the soaked pork and marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat a pan over medium heat. Grill or stir-fry the marinated pork with onion until it is cooked well.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and white sesame seeds for garnish.
