About the Recipe
Gyudon is sliced beef simmered in a sweet and savory sauce served with rice. Make your meal simple with Hinode Gyudon Sauce.

Ingredients
Sliced beef ..... 200 - 300g
Hinode Gyudon Sauce ..... 50ml
Water ..... 150ml
A large onion (sliced)
Cooked rice ..... 2 cups
Chopped green onions for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Combine Hinode Gyudon Sauce in water.
Step 2
Add diluted Hinode Gyudon Sauce in a frying pan over medium heat and add sliced onions.
Step 3
Add sliced beef and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the beef is cooked through and the onions are softened.
Step 4
Separate the cooked rice into two bowls, then ladle the beef and onion over the rice and finish with a garnish of chopped green onions.
