About the Recipe
Gyoza (餃子) are delicious Japanese dumplings with a crispy bottom and a juicy filling. They're a popular dish everyone can enjoy.

Ingredients
Minced meat .... 200g
A pinch salt
Gyoza skin ..... 24sheets
Sesame oil......... 5ml
Cabbage............. 150g
Garlic chive.........50g
Garlic ....................5g
Soy sauce .............5ml
Hinode Hon Mirin .......15ml
Hinode Ryorishu .........30ml
Preparation
Step 1
Finely chop the cabbage and garlic chive. Sprinkle a pinch of salt over them, then knead for 10 minutes to extract the water.
Step 2
Combine ground meat with salt, cabbage, garlic chives, garlic, soy sauce, Hinode Hon Mirin, and Ryorishu.
Step 3
Wrap it with gyoza skin.
Step 4
Warm the sesame oil in a frying pan and cook step 3 of the gyoza until they turn brown. Then add water, cover with a lid, and steam the gyoza for 4 minutes over medium heat.
Step 5
Uncover and fry over medium-high heat until the water evaporates. Serve warm with Hinode Gyoza Sauce.
