About the Recipe
Enhance the texture and eliminate unwanted odors from your fish and seafood with Hinode Fish Master.

Ingredients
Raw cod (fillet) 500g
Frying oil (in appropriate amount)
Salad vegetables (for side dish)
French Fries
[A] Tartar Sauce
Hinode Fish Master 100ml
Hinode Hon Mirin 2 tbsp
[B] Coating
All purpose flour 1 cup
Corn starch 2 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Paprika (a pinch)
Ground black pepper (a pinch)
Soda or water 1/2 cup
Preparation
Prepare fish and cut into long strips.
Marinate in the combined [A] ingredients for 5 minutes.
Combine all dry ingredients for [B] in a bowl. Add soda and whisk until the batter is smooth. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes before using.
Once the fish has marinated, gently remove it from the marinade and drain off any excess liquid.
Coat fish with the [B] mixture, making sure it's evenly covered.
Deep-fry the coated fish in 170 °C oil until it's cooked through and crispy.
Place the salad vegetables and fried fish on a plate, serve with French Fries and Tartar Sauce.
